By creating an account or using Landmarkd, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
You keep ownership of the photos, reviews, comments, and other content you post.
By posting, you give us permission to store, display, and share that content within the app so the app can function — for example, showing your review to other users browsing that spot. You can remove your content at any time.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Don't post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive.
Don't post spots that are private residences, or anywhere that would encourage people to trespass or put themselves at risk.
Don't post other people's photos as your own, impersonate anyone, spam, or attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
Don't share someone's private information, or photograph people in a way they haven't consented to.
Comments are checked automatically before posting, and we may review reported content. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Automated checks aren't perfect — content getting through doesn't mean we endorse it.
Hubert's outfit and location suggestions are generated by an AI model. They're suggestions, not facts — they can be wrong, and they aren't professional advice. Use your own judgement.
Landmarkd shows real places. You are responsible for your own safety and for obeying the law when visiting them.
Always check that a location is publicly accessible and that you're permitted to be there and to take photographs. Don't trespass. Be mindful of traffic, rooftops, water, transit systems, and private property. We don't verify that any listed spot is safe, legal, or open to the public.
You can stop using Landmarkd at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@landmarkd.co. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Landmarkd is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any information in it is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything that happens while visiting a location you found through it.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use Landmarkd after an update means you accept the revised terms.
